(1) If for any reason the university cannot be operated, the government of Nepal can dissolve the university on the recommendation of the assembly.
(2) Before dissolution according to sub-section (1), if anyone has any kind of claim, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology shall issue a public notice giving a deadline of at least thirty-five days to submit such claim.
(3) In case of dissolution of the university according to sub-section (1), the government of Nepal will pay only the amount received from the sale of the property of the university up to the amount of the envelope.
